While everything was great, there could be a few improvements in some areas, but overall, it's a highly recommended place to stay.
I think i made a good decision staying here because it located next to Kea farm. You don't have to face the traffic jam from tanah rata to go the kea farm and related famous place. Its nearer to the butterfly garden, boh sungai tea palas. The room is spacious and clean with a nice view.

“Cooling, Comfortable, Affordable ”
I booked 2 rooms with a double bed; however, I was given an Apartment Studio with facilities such as mini-fridge, microwave oven, electric kettle, and hair dryer. Thank you very much. Upon arrival, you need to pay a deposit of RM100 and a state tax of RM3 per night (for local residents). The temperature was as high as 21 °C during the day and 16 °C at night. Advisable to bring jackets and socks. There are Domino, Old Town, and Hadramat for food. There is Watson, DIY, and 7/11. There are some walking distance places that you can visit, like the Strawberry farm, vegetable and fruit stalls, and the Butterfly Farm. I booked with breakfast, no complaints there. The food was nice. I found the cleanliness very poor; there was leftover food in the fridge, and the floor was dusty. No one turned up to change the towels or top up the coffee and tea sachets. You do get complimentary mineral water. There are plates, bowls, forks and spoons, mugs provided according to the number of people booked. When checking in the Retreat Lobby, the receptionist will give you a number to call for room services, so I guess you can try calling the number for a change of towels, drinks etc.
