This is a cozy 3 Storey Semi-Detached Hilltop Villas that nestled on the hills of Damansara Perdana. Within driving distance, you have access to all major banks, supermarket. In 10 minutes drive, you will reach IKEA, THE CURVE, KIDZANIA, ONE UTAMA, Mutiara Damansara MRT station. KL City is just within 20 minutes drive via expressway. This is a perfect house for a group 19 people and more for a party, homestay, wedding, shooting. The house is equipped with an updated karaoke system, jacuzzi, Barbecue grill and equipment (Upon request, additional fee apply and subject to availability).

-The Rafflesia, Damansara Perdana is a luxurious gated & guarded residence, majestically nestled in the clutches of lush greenery on the hills of Damansara Perdana, the vibrant urban hub of Petaling Jaya just mere minutes away.

-There are 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms in this house that can easily cater up to 19 adults. The house is configured to comfortably hosting 19 adults and with an additional customization for 10 adults. We provided portable mattresses, pillows and blanket for more than 19 adults (additional fee apply)

-Private parking space at the porch area and plenty of roadside parking available for free.
