Quick stay with 10 & 12 yo

Stay was great. Received nice fruit basket from Gen. Mgr. (big thumbs up). My 10 & 12 yo both loved the swimming pools (one with slide one infinity), snorkeling was excellent, food was delish! We rented car but walked downtown - beautiful weather! Wifi should be included though.

Good service, but showing its age

Considering this was a Hilton, I was underwhelmed by the condition of the hotel. It was clean, but not well kept: tiles were missing in the bathroom, and the furniture was in need of replacing.

Overall it was a satisfying stay, although the building and rooms are a bit aged. The water drops fell from the ceiling to bathtub.

Lovely hotel and service with a smile

i really did enjoy the stay. staff were service oriented. beach and swimming pool are great. sports facilities like tennis and gym are just fine. food during breakfasts are just fine. staff service during breakfast are courteous always smiling and ready to assist. we called up a maintenance to fix our tv set and in a few minutes we were watching already our favorite sport show.

in shopping if you want value for your money you can visit ross . you can find branded not so old stocks. go to samurai restaurant for japs food and great eat all you can salad

hilton guam resort & spa has the greatest location among others. it has gym room and sauna. swimming pool and water activities just near the coast, as well as two charming chapels for wedding couples. foods are super good! nice reception that can speak to your language (i am a jap).
