Very friendly
Quick check-in, obliging over late check-out, plenty room for drop off by hotel foyer.

Only really one complaint and that was a strong musty smell on entering hotel room and also shower door was almost falling off. I did not need to use the dining room as I was visiting relatives living near-by but did speak with other travellers who told me the food was excellent. Did enjoy the coffee shop in the hotel foyer.

Hotel very tired but staff were great
staff were very friendly and fixed problems promptly

We needed to be swapped to another room as heater did not work but we ere given breakfast for the 2 dyas stays for our inconvenience which was lovely of them and the staff were great. The hotel is being pulled down soon so thing were quite old and in need of replacing

very bad
bed bugs - missed the taxi (staff didnt inform me about the taxi, and driver was waiting for long time), bad smell in the rooms

its not worth wat i paid for, staff are not friendly, and they have bed bugs and they gave us a metal baby coat for a 9 months old baby, and he hit his head few times and we didnt have a good sleep, we had to wait for more than 1 hour for a taxi coz they forgot to inform us that the driver is waiting (its not easy to get taxi with baby seat)....

Great Location but service average

exellent location! great size rooms but in need for an update.
has a grand feel to the entire resort but needs to be updated. only dined for breakfast, staff need to improve, although food was ok. the service area was a bit hectic. is currently under going some renovation, pool was open but has work going on around it, needs more shade. overall, only nice accomodation, but is exellent position!

Lovely hotel and service with a smile

Rooms not 100% clean, a few hairs in the bathroom, sheets had a few marks on them.
No dvd player & couldn't watch the DVD of my choice.
Restaurangtips:
great Spanish tapas bar around the corner along with other bars.

Great location, helpful staff

We had a large room, with a potentially fabulous view. Our balcony overlooked Bondi beach, but our view was obstructed by a gigantic, opaque billboard which advertised apartments coming up for sale. Apparently the hotel is being converted into apartments, and in fact, will close for business by April 2013.
That said, the location was the best. It is in the middle of all the action - cafes, restaurants, and of course, the beach. The staff were very helpful. We had a bit of sticker shock in Australia - we found it very expensive - and in this context, thought it was good value for money.
Sightseeing/ tips om sevärdheter:
definitely do the Bondi-Coogee cliff walk. Simply spectacular!

Nice hotel and good location

We stayed in one of the balcony suites. We loved the balcony overlooking the beach although we are a young couple and enjoyed the loud music from the bar area below our balcony - im not sure this would be for everyone. It was a great location and parking was conveniently located. However the staff at the reception desk werent very friend, and the room service meal we got was pretty substandard.

Great location, a little dated

Wanted an Hotel close to the start of Sculptures By The sea, this was our only option. Read the reviews which said it was badly in need of an update, decided to go ahead anyway. True it was a little old fashioned, but very clean and comfortable. we had a large room with a small sitting room attached. The staff were friendly and helpfull. Comfortable foyer with complimentary Sunday papers and good coffee for sale. Security parking a bonus. Very happy with our stay. From the advertising around the hotel, it looks like the refurb is on the way.
