We would certainly stay there again.

Easy to get to and close to shops and restaurants on Toorak Rd and Malvern Rd. All Walking distance. Plenty of other places in neighbouring suburbs. Trams to city wihin walking distance and not far from city link motorway. Restaurangtips: Discovered a nice little Italian restaurant called Caffe Latte on Malvern Rd Hawksburn. Really friendly and professional service, backed up with great food. Another one on Toorak rd Toorak called Manhattan. Pasta that melts in your mouth.

Reste med partner Australia, den 16 december 2012	A grand old manor, large room, & excellent service Roomy, clean, comfortable bed. 9,3 The hotel is on busy Williams Road, but the traffic noise was not heard from our room which faced the main road. Staff are young & very friendly, helpful people. Breakfast $7 extra...can't beat that.

Needed a bit of extra care with cleaning in the tired bathroom. Breakfast was cheap $7. I would have paid a bit more to have better than DIY instant coffee. Large guest lounge with two day old newspapers. Good TV in bedroom. My room was downstairs. It was probably half of the original front room. Didn't go upstairs.

It was cheap and I actually had a really nice room - spacious, nicely furnished with lots of light and ample furnishings. I also liked the free parking as this is a busy area. I would think it would be a great base for shopping as its a short stroll to Toorak Road with its restaurants and great retail. Ask for room 6! It's a nice one.

Ensamresenär Indonesia, den 16 november 2012	Nice and affordable hotel Right across hawksburn trainstation 7 Its a nice victorian style hotel, its located right across hawksburn station and you can walk to chapel street. The room is really spacious and clean, i was amazed when i walked into my room for the first time. My only suggestion for this hotel is to make a smoking rooms for us smokers.
