Gruppresenär Australia, den 3 april 2013	Affordable, comfortable, Clean apartment Hotel Comfortable bed, spacious, clean 7,7 I liked how it is located in the area where it is surrounded by business offices, so it's a nice quiet area during the day and night. It was comfortable and very affordable and the rooms were spacious and clean. It's not right next to central Melbourne but the walk isn't far and the free Circle route Tram car is only one street down and will stop at major shopping areas. Also only about a 10 minutes walk to Crown casino. Oaks is located across the road from Intercontinental hotel so there is always loads of Taxi outside.
