Agoda erbjuder följande "Bästa pris-garanti". Om du har bokat ett hotellrum genom Agoda och sedan kan visa oss att du hade kunnat boka samma rum på samma datum till ett lägre pris, som finns tillgängligt och kan bokas på en annan webbplats, kommer vi antingen att matcha eller slå det priset.

Vänligen samla in följande uppgifter innan du fyller i Bästa pris-garanti-formuläret
• Ditt agoda boknings-ID.
• Adressen till webbplatsen där du hittade det lägre priset.
• Namnet på hotellet, stad och land.
• Du kan bifoga upp till 3 skärmdumpar (skärmbilder) av konkurrentens sida. Där ska tydligt framgå att rummet är tillgängligt, rumstyp, typ av erbjudande och rumspriset för de aktuella datumen.
• OBSERVERA: Du behöver inte göra en bokning hos konkurrenten, utan endast visa oss jämförelsen
Regler och villkor1. Vår "Bästa pris-garanti" gäller endast för bekräftade bokningar. Du måste tillhandahålla oss ditt Agoda boknings-ID för att kunna skicka in en begäran.

3. Bästa Pris-garantin gäller inte för opublicerade priser, såsom:
• Privata priser
• Paket- eller kampanjpriser
• Hotellrum sålda som en del av en paketresa
• Priser som inte är tillgängliga för alllmänheten, inklusive:

Bokningsgaranti
Bokningar gjorda via Agoda backas också upp av vår Bokningsgaranti. Om din bekräftade bokning vid hotellet (för vilken du fått en voucher) inte är tillgänglig eller inte kan infrias när du anländer och checkar in och ingen annan typ av rum som du har bokat finns ledigt bör du omedelbart kontakta vårt 24-timmars kundcenter på kontaktnumret(-ren) som finns på din hotellvoucher. Våra kundservicespecialister kommer att ordna ett rum vid ett annat passande och jämförbart hotell. Agoda täcker kommunikationskostnader till vårt kontor, överflytningskostnader samt erbjuder dig 10 % rabatt på det totala bokningsbeloppet.
Skulle du inte acceptera hotellalternativet, kommer Agoda att återbetala hela bokningsbeloppet till ditt konto, plus en extra natt (motsvarande den faktiska konstaden för en natt baserat på originalbokningen, inklusive skatter och avgifter).

Avbokningspolicy
Såvida inte annat specifikt anges i avbokningsvillkoren, tar Agoda inte ut någon hanteringsavgift för avbokningar.
Avbokningar mottagna efter avbokningsdatumet specificerat i e-postbekräftelsen (inklusive beställningar som gjorts under denna period) är belagda med åtminstone 1 (EN) natts avbokningsavgift, förutom när annat specificeras i din e-postbekräftelse.
Om du underlåter att anlända till hotellet, likställs det med sen avbokning och beläggs med en avbokningsavgift på minst en (1) natt eller mer, per rum, om inte annat specificeras e-postbekräftelsen.
Eventuella ändringar av din bokning måste göras genom Agoda och inte direkt med hotellet. Detta gäller ändringar av datum, vistelsens längd, tidig utcheckning, försenad ankomst eller komplett eller delvis avbokning. Eventuella problem eller frågor angående bokningen före ankomsten eller under vistelsen på hotellet ska ställas till vår Kundtjänst. Du måste underrätta oss om alla avbokningar på normal kontorstid 08:00-18:00 (GMT+7).

Återbetalningspolicy
För att begära en återbetalning, var vänlig kontakta oss enligt följande:

- Agoda strävar starkt efter att erbjuda dig en enkel och effektiv återbetalningsprocess. Observera att förkortade vistelser under högsäsong, när hotellet har mycket gäster, under fackmässa och konvent, eller om man inte avbokar före det datum som noteras på e-postbekräftelsen, kan resultera i att en STRAFFAVGIFT debiteras av hotellet. Om man debiteras en STRAFFAVGIFT kommer den att dras av den summa som återbetalas.
- Din e-postbekräftelse specificerar exakt datum då avbokning ska göras (d.v.s. deadline för när du måste avboka för att undvika avbokningsavgift). Normalt sett är deadline för avbokning 14 dagar före ankomsten till hotellet. STRAFFAVGIFTEN motsvarar normalt en natts vistelse, om inte annat specificeras i e-postbekräftelsen.
- Om inget annat uttryckligen anges i avbokningspolicyn, kommer begäran om avbokning som skickas in på något av ovan nämnda sätt, före den deadline som specificeras i din e-postbekräftelse, automatiskt att återbetalas till 100% (Agoda tar inte ut någon hanteringsavgift för avbokningar) inom 10 dagar efter det att begäran kommit in. Begäran om avbokning som skickas in efter den deadline som specificeras i din e-postbekräftelse kommer också att bearbetas inom 10 dagar. Skulle det finnas någon tillämplig straffavgift, dras denna från summan som återbetalas.
- Förkortade vistelser återbetalas i de flesta fall inom 10 dagar, minus eventuella tillämpliga STRAFFAVGIFTER, och om du meddelar oss (på något av ovan sätt) innan du förkortar vistelse kan vi skynda på återbetalningsprocessen. Om du däremot informerar oss efter utcheckningen kan en del återbetalningar av förkortade vistelser ta längre tid att bearbeta eftersom en del hotell kan ta lite tid på sig att bekräfta exakta datum för din vistelse. Om din återbetalning sannolikt kommer att ta mer än 10 dagar att bearbeta meddelar vi dig detta via e-post när vi emottar din begäran.

Entry requires the person to Follow Agoda (the “Organizer”) on Google+ during the time period from October 15th to October 31st 2012 Singapore standard time ("SST"). No purchase is necessary. No further obligations are required. The winner of the Agoda ‘Forgetful Traveler Survey’ promotion (the “Contest”) will receive $100 USD worth of Agoda.com rewards points. Transfer of the equivalent of $100 USD in rewards points will occur within 10 days of the winner providing all the necessary details. The winner must reply to a confirmation email from Agoda within 48 hours to claim the prize. Failure to respond within 48 hours of receipt of the email confirmation will forfeit the prize and an alternative winner will be selected.
