Vänlig personal,hjälpsamma. 6,7 vi bokade minisuit och den var enkel och rätt åldrdomlig.normalt checkar man in på eftermiddagen,vilken glädje för oss att när vi landat efter en långflygning från bkk så går vi in på hotellet för att bli av med vårt bagage,men vi fick tillgång till vår suit direkt kkl 0600 på morgonen det kallar jag fin service.restaurangen vi använde håll god standard,frukosten likaså,men vran suit var i enklaste laget.kmmer vi till istanbul någon mer gång så är hotellet en stak kandidat.

And I was right!. Then I found that the staff was very helpful. They emailed me to ask if I had concerns/preferences about their hotel prior to my arrival. I told them about rooms I would like to have, airport pick up, and tour package. They all ready when I got there. Breakfast was good, though it could be better if they had different menu everyday. One more good selling point - the roof top cafe with glass wall around!. Overall, had a good time in Istanbul and stayed in this hotel.
