Jenny F. Reste med partner Sweden, den 14 december 2012	Superläge! Rent och fint rum nära stan. 9,7 Riktigt bra hotell med perfekt läge att ta sig över hela Berlin. Vi stannade fyra nätter och hitta inget att klaga på, vi tog ingen frukost utan tog ett av alla små kaffeer i närheten.

Gruppresenär Sweden, den 13 september 2012	Trevligt och centralt Trevliga rum, centralt läge, utmärkt frukost och inte att förglömma mycket trevlig personal. 10 Åkte till detta hotell efter rekommendation från bekanta, vi blev verkligen inte besvikna. Det centrala läget, trevliga rummen och personalen bidrog till att vistelsen i Berlin blev mycket lyckad. Allt vi frågade om fick vi svar på. Vi fick kartor där personalen ringade in de sevärdheter, som var värda att se. De talade också om hur man bäst tar sig fram i Berlin. Som avslutning vill jag så ett slag för den fina frukosten.

Affärsresenär United States of America, den 10 mars 2013	Well located by Kadewe and shopping street location, location, location 7 The hotel is perfectly located near the Ku'damme and main shopping areas, including Kadewe - so from a location perspective, it can't be beat. Staff are very friendly as well. The hotel is clean and modern - apparently recently refurbished. The matresses are light foam - (not real matresses) - so i found this a bit uncomfortable if you are looking for a good night sleep (dream bed it is not). Also the bathroom was quite small, with no real space to put your toiletries. They also do not provide a kettle or coffee/tea facilities. Also, for English speakers - there are no English options on TV (apart from news). For the price, the Alsterhof was fine, but there are a lot of other great charming and design hotels in the area that are similarly priced and maybe a bit more value or fun to stay at.

Location , - clean Room combination 7,7 Actually I was there for 3 nights and besides small thing I m happy to stay here.. To walk to Berlin shopping area is few minutes.. Thats good.. Rooms are clean .. But The mattress the are using is really cheapest sponge ones which doesn't give relax sleeping. Breakfast was quite well. many choices but all 3 days was almost same choices.. first day I receive 24 hr free internet code from reception , second and 3rd days they told it s full house.. thats why they cant provide 24 hrs wifi pass. only for 1 hour.. if you need more come and take another from reception .. Actually this is ridiculous .

Reste med partner Sweden, den 2 december 2012	Good Location Good location, Near Subway Station, Clean Room and Bathroom 6 The hotel location is near shopping and a subway station, so you can easy fast go everywere you like with in Berlin. The room is qiut small but its good value for the money. Bad thing is the hotel crew, that dont give you any information of the fasillity or breakfasttime or things to do in Berlin. There is no information folder in the room. The WiFi is weak and slow in the room. Restaurangtips: Wilsons

Restaurangtips: there is a very nice restaurant just located around the coner of the hotel name DUKE, should try you will like it.
Walter F. Affärsresenär United States of America, den 25 mars 2010	My last stay at this hotel. Nice breakfast buffet. The Internet did work in my room. 5 This was my 3rd and last stay at this hotel. I already had problems with the staff during my last stay, but decided to give them another chance. Front-desk manager refused check-in at 1.50 pm, saying check in is at 3.00 pm. I had to call the reservation-manager, to get checked in, after an overseas flight. Even the manager didn't seem overly interested in my complaint. Two days later I tried to check out at 10.00 pm, because I had to leave for the airport at 4.30 am. They refused that too, so I had to get up earlier. The hotel itself isn't bad, but they have some of the worst staff I've ever experienced at any hotel in the world, and I travel a lot. That's it for me. There are a lot of good and affordable hotels in that area. Tips: Located behind KaDeWe, Berlin's major department store.
