Extra + för personalen Ett helt nybyggt hotell där ägarna verkligen gör allt för att din vistelse ska bli så bra som möjligt. 8,7 Rummen var hyfsat stora. Luftigt och fräscht. Personalen tog verkligen hand om oss och våra barn. De körde oss gärna till marknader och sevärdheter för liten peng (mkt billigare än om vi tagit taxi. Samt att de väntade på oss och kunde köra oss tillbaka...)Vi hade en mkt positiv vistelse där (vi stannade i 7 dgr). Det enda negativa var att man var tvungen att ta en taxi för att komma till resturang och butiker. Rekomenderar gärna detta hotell! Restaurangtips: En liten bit upp längs vägen bortom hotellet (bort från centrum) ligger en liten lokal resturang. God mat till mkt liten peng!

Ensamresenär Russia, den 16 maj 2013	Nice and clean room Room, room-service, quiet place 9 Kalim Beach Place is a nice place to stay for a couple of days or more if you drive scooter or car. The beach near the hotel is not so far but close to the road and the beach itself is only small line of sand. So it's better to go to another beach to swim. Patong beach is noisy and about 2km distance from the Kalim Place. Other options are Karun and Kamala Beach (ext for families with children). But to get there you will need a car or bike or taxi. Kalim Place is a great place for those who would like to stay not far but at the same time not in the middle of the crowded Patong.

Most tuk-tuk drivers and taxi drivers has difficulties finding the hotel. It also located far from the center of Patong beach. Not sure whether it will be safe to walk outside the hotel at night. Re-consider about it if you want to live near shopping mall and night clubs.

Familj med småbarn China, den 17 februari 2013	fantastic hotel with big and comfortable room very new and clean room 8,7 it was quite nice stay at this hotel, new room with good cleaning service, very comfortable and for the smiling staffs,relax area which is 2 km away from patong beach, i think i will come back for the next time.

Reste med partner Italy, den 1 februari 2013	Basic rooms, clean and friendly staff Friendly and helpful staff 5,7 the hotel is very basic but clean and its staff is friendly. we were deceived by the photos: rooms are old and a bit run down. the breakfast area has a fantastic view of the sea, however inconveniently you need to cross the main road to get there. it s just after a bend with cars going at speed.. the "chef" has no idea how to cook eggs (scrambled eggs were soggy, fried eggs were dry). all in all not satisfied for the price (around dollars a night...).

Ensamresenär Ireland, den 30 januari 2013	friendly staff nice pol 9,3 this is a really nice place. great friendly staff, really nice rooms with a balcony and a massive bed. it's a fairly new place too.it's a bit outside of patong, which is a good thing .. just to be away from the bustle. you can rent scooters from the hotel quite cheap in my opinion and it's only a 5 minute trip into patong. the whole building has a nice open feel to it as well. the only bad thing about here is that there is construction going on right next door and they can start pretty early in the morning. the staff are aware of this and have complained but be prepared to be possibly woken up early. Tips: rent a scooter and travel up and down the coast.

Reste med partner Australia, den 19 januari 2013	Small, but has everything one needs family run, clean and new 8,7 this was a great little find on the website i booked 7 nights for $450 on a deal, and wow was i impressed with the value. Smart little hotel up the hill a liitle bit out from patong beach. Clean and serviced daily, new hotel with a swimming pool to rival any fancy 5 star. We walked to patong beach for the first couple of days a nice walk that takes about 25 mins, i was happy with this to excercise a little as i expected to be eating and drinking a lot over the week, then we decided to get brave and hire a small bike direct from the hotel for $8 a day, it opened up a whole new world to visit the other beaches close by, and realy was a highlight of the holiday, whilst the driving was a little scary at times the roads are all in good repair and well signed, its just the other drivers !!All in all i would reccomend this hotel Tips om nattklubbar: dont pay more than 200 for a tuk tuk into town from this hotel
