Jätte fint hotell i stil

Väldigt uppskattad, något jag gärna hatte velat veta innan jag valde att boka detta hotell är att det ligger i Pattayas gay area, detta ink hotellet samt deras personal va alla homosexuella. Men dem var fantastiskt trevliga och jag rekommenderar lätt hotellet, ni som reser ensamma, två eller flera vänner. Det kommer tas föregivet att du ni är homosexuella

Det va väldigt trevlig personal på hotellet. Tyvärr höll dom på att renovera poolområdet, vilket förde ett jävla liv.
Rummet var medelmåttigt, de va ganska stort men ingen vidare inredning.
Det är ett hotell jag själv har rekommenderat för min homosexuella svåger och hans pojkvän. Det visade sig att det var ett hotell complex där nästan alla som jobbade eller bodde var homosexuella. Med allt från unga singelmän till äldre par, såg faktiskt inte en enda kvinna på området som inte jobbade där.

a few bad things. the hotel is very echoin you can here doors shutting all night long. you can here people in the next room talking walls are to thin. if you want an early night you got no chance. we found the bed to hard and pillows were solid i think because there new sorry if im being picky but i stayed for 15nights my sleep wasnt very good. good point your room is cleaned everyday no matter what time you wake up and 2free bottles of water everyday. and the pool was great and clean.

Great but I got dissapointed

It was okay,but when my bro came w/ his family.. The told us that children are not allowed to stay in the hotel. But as I see the hotel policy it is not indicate clearly,they just mentioned about the extra bed for child,so confused. Very dissapointed my summer vacation was not that good.

Fair enough for the price..
Close to the center, cheap, budget.

Good hotel for the price if you dont want too much things. It is located in the center of town and easy to access everything. Friendly staff and clean budget hotel. Also, guest friendly. Not a bad choice for Pattaya.

I was not happy with my stay

It was pleasure meeting you upon my check out on 31st May, I would like to share my experience on 30th May.
I booked Ganymede resort via Agoda due to the rating was quite good, but i was treated bad by your bellmen.
Upon check in Domm was very pleasant and we was quite happy and the rooms were amazing, the problem is the bellman Toto - We asked him some ideas where to go at night i means clubs, so he started to recommend 2 places but he told us that he will drive us at night 10pm but in return we need to buy him and his friends a liquor bottle !!!! so we told him let see and that was around 2pm. We both went out for a walk and came back to the hotel lobby and met one nice white man and started to ask to recommend some nice clubs and he was such a nice person since he suggested few places, we did not realize while talking to the white man Toto ( Bellmen ) was just at the back of us and start stare at us and start talking in Thai about us with another bellman, which i got freaked out and same time was insulted. So instead of staying with your hotel for 3 nights we made it only for 1 night, we wasted few transports fees, from airport to Jomtien and again from Jomtien to Bangkok and back to Airport on the last day.
I was a hotelier for about 7 years in 5 star property ( Crowne Plaza & Intercontinental ) malaysia, i started from Receptionist to Assistance Director of Sales, and for me the service as a hotelier to provide to our Guest is massively Important, it can be city or resorts but Service and respect to Client is very important, im Sure you know that well.
I do not wants to write this email to Agoda directly, being frequent traveler im sure they will seek for my opinion towards the the hotel which i stayed, But i thought of sharing my upsets with you. im seeking for refund for unstay night
