Affärsresenär United States of America, den 6 maj 2013	General great hotel, but bad luck this time location, friendly, english speaking staff 5,7 I've stay at the Sense several times and enjoyed it as it is clean, a little more upscale than a normal business hotel and staff are normally very helpful. However, this time the room was horrendous - After being that my room wasn't ready and waiting for 20 minutes I was told that I had been upgraded (from the 7th floor to the 8th - not really an upgrade) and then when I arrived the room had a stuffy, somewhat suspicious smell. The room didn't have a window (which was fine) so I though I would make a cup of tea and see if it would help the smell. In getting the water, however, the carpeted floor in front of the bathroom seemed unusually squishy, and it looked wet - which it was. I through one of the bathroom towels on it and it turned yellowish Of course, they they gave me another room but there was little sympathy for how disgusting it was to realize what you had been smelling to have stepped in it on your way for a cup of tea.

Reste med partner Singapore, den 6 januari 2013	Quirky hotel Big rooms 7,3 firstly, the staff all speak japanese language and they thought we were japanese. i think this hotel caters more for the japanese crowd and the room we had does not come with window which is a little weird. the decor is also very quirky. breakfast was quite good, coupled with some japanese styled food. Sightseeing/ tips om sevärdheter: There's a cinema two blocks down the road and a huge KTV block too!

There's convenient shops nearby and McDonald just walk across the street. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. I'll stay here again for my next trip

Christine L. Gruppresenär China, den 24 december 2012	Superior Location Tasty Breakfast 6,7 The bed is quite hard and not comfortable enough. Bathroom design is not good and will get things wet. Could not connect to wifi in my floor and no improvement after I complained. You should try their breakfast, there are a lot of varieties.

We called the front desk, able to get to him within a minute. The technician was sent up to try to repair the door about 20minutes after the call, but found that unable to fix it. The hotel staff tried to relocate us, and upgrade us to a better room. The whole sage lasted about 1 hour, but it is nice to have a upgraded room. The service recovery is good. It could be further improved if it took less time.
