Clean and comfortable room

The room is very clean, new & comfortable. Guess can also trust the tour arrangement. They only charge 1500 peso per head for underground river tour. But don't border city tour though it is quite cheap at 600 per head. Moving around PP town could be done reasonably using motorise tricycle @ 10 peso per head. The hotel staffs even recommend good restaurants around town.

Just OK. Not a lot of choices in town

Stay was OK. Had a superior room with balcony overlooking the bay. Unfortunately, fish markets below and horrible stench outside. Staff were friendly and tried hard. Breakfast poor (Had to ask three times for a coffee and they ran out of butter and had no jam/honey etc for toast)Hotel was on 4th floor above shopping centre. TV reception poor and very slow internet.

great hotel except for the dilapidated looking towels and the poor menu. F & B Staff are shy and aloof. No sign of F&B manager during mealtime! Food Staff are mostly on OJT or contractual status. Didn't feel any effort from Staff to encourage the guests to return to the hotel.

Hotel has good location and near the airport

Overall, we had a satisfactory stay at the hotel. I just observed that the elevator had a funny smell, like the smell of an old building. The rooms are excellent except for the towels which are old and worn. The free breakfast was heavy and we liked it. The danggit and the dried squid were so good!

The hotel has a very interesting layout. We enjoyed the nice big room and the extra large bed and large bathroom. The balcony was nice too. The location is pretty central to get around and it's close to the airport. The staff were helpful and friendly. The only negative is the roosters which live across from the hotel, which are constantly crowing! The view from the balcony is very interesting. The price of the room was a little steep.
