Ensamresenär Malaysia, den 13 april 2013	Good aircond but bearable construction noise Working stove, good aircond, balcony for smoking though a bit humid w 3 aircond compressors there 6 If i were w my child i would not stay here as i enter the room, it reeks w ciggy smell. Limited room service menu and nearby no place to eat . But overall the room is spacious w kicthenette n bath tub. Cold aircond. Can always ask the resepsi on to call taxi. At the momentum there is a construction going on till nite but bearable.

Reste med partner Singapore, den 3 februari 2013	Nice hotel in a great location Large rooms, good location 8 stayed in a one bedroom apartment. good location very near to sun plaza shopping center. rooms are very spacious. televisions in both living room (lcd) and bedroom (crt). since no body used the kitchen for long time, the utensils and cutlery are very old and not cleaned. towels provided are very very old. bathtub is very old and water drains outside the bathtub. breakfast is indonesian style not much of a choice for western food. very small swimming pool but neat and clean. hotel staffs are very friendly. 20 minutes drive to polonia airport. Suite was well equipped, it is nice starting point for doing sightseeing of the town. Although suite is spacious, the smaller room is somewhat too small and without window. Suite was quiet without interruptions from neighboring rooms or from outside. Elevators were working properly.

Feel like at home after a week of touring North Sumatera. The building is not new but it is clean and has good quality apartment. Swimming pool is a bit dirty but okay for morning exercise. The location is in city center so it is convenient to go anywhere.

Reste med partner Indonesia, den 8 juli 2012	Family Hotel Nice Staff 7 I have a wedding party in medan and when we arrived in this hotel ours room sold out,I don't understood why it could be happen because I just booked it with agoda.Finaly they give us downgrade room but provided an extra bed free of charge.It is acceptable.

Gruppresenär Singapore, den 1 maj 2012	Clean and comfortable with friendly staff clean and large with an air-conditioned dining area and living area with a flat screen tv with choice of some major english cable channels such as hbo, cinemax, etc. good stream of hot water in bath. kitchen with a full sized refrigerator, stove, basic cook ware and cutlery. basic toiletries including a dental kit were provided. close proximity to shopping mall. 7,7 Generally the stay at the apartment was pleasant and comfortable. Access to the apartment is using electronic card. The dining, living and both bedrooms had working air-conditioners. There was a king sized bed in one of the rooms with vanity mirror, bathrobe, bath slippers, etc. However, the other bedroom with the single bed was extremely small with no windows. It seemed more like a utility or storage room. It would have been better if the kitchen had a microwave oven. There was a decent variety, including local dishes in the spread for breakfast. Restaurant staff approached to enquire if we needed eggs for breakfast. Restaurant staff was extremely accommodating although we arrived near closing time at night to have some meals. The hotel is able to provide transport services in a large multi-purpose vehicle to Berastagi or Lake Toba. However, the prices are steep compared to procuring these services from taxi companies. There is ample parking space at the hotel. The spa at the hotel closes at 8 pm. Reception staff are friendly and helpful. Tips om shopping: Sun Plaza, a large shopping mall, is a 10-15 mins walk from the hotel.

Good customer Skill & the suites was like home (home sweet home) 9,3 i don't feel that i was away from home. the suites makes us comfortable like our own house. there was a small kitchen whereby you can cook as the facilities given. customer service excellent. keep it & maintain you good customer service. the breakfast was good however it will be better if the hotel could give more choices. if i have a chance to visit medan again, i will choose this hotel for a 2nd time.

Reste med familj med lite äldre barn Malaysia, den 15 januari 2012	great hotel for large group travellers helpful staff, great basic amenities, suitable for extended families 8 +the staff are helpful and polite +the facilities as a suite are great +the location is not in the middle of medan town center but near +the suite are clean -the wallpaper is a bit worn out and outdated +the cooking facilities are great but the gas plug were defaulted but luckily there were also electric hotplate -the other 2 rooms are a bit too small as they only offer single beds in those rooms Tips om att göra på hotellet: complete cooking utensils, large living and dining area, 2 or 3 rooms suites available, but only master bedroom has in-suite bathroom and spacious, the other rooms a bit too small and no attached bathroom
