Nice view, Easy to travel to airport, Staff are polite 6 I booked two rooms for 9th of April. The room my friends stayed in the conditon was appalling! They found cut finger nails (sharp) in the bed. The toilet smelt of urine. When taking a shower, the water leaked out to the rest of the bathroom. It was not a Five star hotel should be like. Next time, the money will definately be spent somewhere else!!

Location, room size, bed comfort. 8,7 It was great, I went to Hong Kong for medical reasons and chose the W Hong Kong because I've had many friends stay there and they all recommend it for the comfort of the rooms and beds, the black out windows are also great as well, really easy to use controls in the room.
