It's centrally located and very convenient to go to many places in Hong Kong. The hotel is new and the view is nice.

Ensamresenär Germany, den 1 maj 2013	Good value hotel with 4 star for budget price Large rooms, large window, near to some shopping mals 7 Helpful staff, easy check in, room was upgraded and quite large, nice window with view to the horse race track, unfortunately the highway is very near an the room was not quite... Fast check out in the morning, overall nice stay, slightly away from the center in a larger hotel room with window for a reasonable price.

Compare with other hotels in this area, the room in Vela is quite big and spacious. However noise is the major issue if I won't come back to this hotel.
