Reste med partner den 17 maj 2013	could be better if check in process is smooth. hotel is near to major shopping malls, room condition is good. 7 Basically other than the front office staffs, the location of this hotel is prerry good, near to major shopping malls like sogo, times square, IT, hysan place etc. To causeway bay mtr is only within walking distance. It has a very nice and lovely room. The staffs are not attentive, keep chatting among themself.

Staff were attentive and helpful, room was spacious enough to contain a large group comfortably. Wifi wasnt working well though, and cleanliness of the place needs to be improved. the place was dusty when we went in and the bathroom were not exactly what you would call very clean. and OK stay though
