Peter D. Reste med partner Sweden, den 15 november 2012	Utmärkt läge i små rum. Lugnt läge, prisvärt, trevlig hjälpsam personal. 7 Trevlig utsikt över park som sannolikt bidrog till uppfattningen om ett lugnt läge. Tips: Mycket bra frukost på Classified några hundra meter uppför Hoolywood Road.

Det hyfsat bra till om man vill bo vid Central. tar ungefär 10 minuter till tunnelbanan. Brandlarmet gick och man blev inte informerad vad som hände så det var lite dåligt. Bra att det fanns wifi och eftersom hotellet var fullt när jag kom blev jag uppgraderad till lite större rum.

Priserna är höga för hotell i detta området och detta räknas som ett medel alternativ. 10 min till tunnelbanan och är billigt om man tar taxi från Lan Kwai Fong.

Reste med partner Singapore, den 22 maj 2013	Basic budget Good location in Hollywood Road, though a little far from main soho bars and restaurants area, affordable, clean and modern 6,3 We got this hotel for a really good rate ( we are familiar with Hong Kong average...) so we didn't expect much more than the basic. However, on check in, we were offered a free upgrade to a newly refurbished room. The catch was, the new rooms only had single beds, so we opted for their normal room, which we assumed was the room we booked, and was listed as "city view". Big mistake. The room had no window, was in the second floor, next to the lift and had the peculiar smell of enclosed spaces, besides being very dark. This fact should have been flagged to us on check in and wasn't. There were also some works going on on the lobby but these did not cause much inconvenience. The wi-fi, offered for free, was also a let down, as it did not work at all and we had to resort to the two computers available at the lobby.

They were always helpful, friendly and never once said no to a request. The room was comfortable too. 7,3 The butterfly hotel was a great choice. After arriving in the middle of the night due to terrible airline delays, the staff checked me into the hotel in under 2 minutes. Even better, they upgraded my room for free as a surprise in order to make my arrival in Hong Kong a positive experience. The room was comfortable, clean, and contained all the extras amenities I required to get started on the right foot in a new city. They were able to fulfill all of my special requests and continued to assist me even after I had checked out, standing in the pouring rain to get me a taxi across town. The Butterfly was a great place to stay and I would definitely stay there again.
