Without knowing basic Chinese it is very difficult to communicate at this hotel. Friendly staff but no English.

Great to arrive at the hotel at 6am and be given our rooms immediately. Although the staff were helpful at times things happened a little slowly. To send 4 postcards took a lot of passing from one set of hands to another with a final cost of 25 yuan per card (other places in China the cost to send a postcard was 4 yuan each). So at times it seemed there was no one who could make a decision. Breakfasts were excellent.

Catch taxi to pandas.
Bus # 38 to airport.

the hotel is a little old and worn however, for the price it is good value. conveniently located with shops all around and good food nearby. good internet connection
Sightseeing/ tips om sevärdheter:
dont miss sanxingdui(three-star piles) museum and the thatched cottage of du fu.
